Masterclass Number 2!!

It was a long time coming. Again that little thing called fear holding me back!
This time the venue was The Talbot Hotel. Totally out of my comfort zone. It worked so well! Ideal venue for a perfect day.

Releasing the date 2 weeks before the class I genuinely wasn’t expecting the response. Amazingly sold out after 48 hours at double the numbers I was expecting. I want my classes to be interactive and intimate. I want attendees to feel at ease and ask any questions they like. And it worked! We had so much fun.

Similar set up to the last class. Prosecco and pink lemonade on arrival! My obvious theme being Pink of course!!

I had some help from amazing friends. Yvonne, Marie, Elaine who was also my model. Amanda and Podge!

Starting on Elaine’s eyes using Blank Canvas Master Series Palette. Engaging the group at the beginning I decided to use this as it’s accessible for people to buy locally and actually a lot of the class had this already or something similar. Going step by step on how to achieve the perfect blend and a nice matte day time look with winged liner on one eye and smoked out corner of the other!

Moving onto Skin. Keeping it glowy and natural. Going through my favourite foundations which I will do a post on this week. Nars sheer glow being the choice on the day!
Creating some depth to the face with contour, blush and highlight!
Lips using Push Make up Spice lip Liner along with Push lipstick in freckles. Gorgeous warm brown tones that suit Elaine perfectly.

Then tips for applying lashes. How to customize to suit your eye shape and what lashes are easier to wear.

When the day look was finished I used the Stila Magnificent Metals in Kitten Karma to jazz it straight up to a night time look. Something anyone could do heading out from work. These are so easy to use. No glue needed and they are simply stunning on the eyes! I know a few of you have bought these already as I’m receiving snaps and messages all week!

We had amazing spot prizes on the day.
